How it works

1. Payoff – Multiple wire coils are simultaneously pulled from the pay‑off stand, each with independent tension adjustment.
2. Straightening – Wire tension roller straightener and tension the wires.
3. Threading – Wires are from pay off system and go through wire tension roller then go into machine from the machine bottom
4. Twist weaving – Two iron wires twist to be hexagonal mesh, one wire from spring tube and the other wire is outside of tube
5. Production – Gabion machine weave hexagonal mesh sheet
6. Cutting mesh – When the preset length (e.g., 2 m or 3 m) is reached, an automatic hydraulic shear cuts the panel.
7. Edge mesh sheet – Optional automatic edge machine to crimping the mesh

8. Gbion box--Use air guy to assembel gabion box or workers assemble gabion box by iron wire
